We're looking for an organised and customer-focused HR Administrator. This is an entry-level role (1 day in office/wk), where you'll provide efficient HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, delivering a professional and responsive service to colleagues while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Support HR administration for starters, movers, leavers, and payroll-related activities.
• Respond to HR queries via the HR inbox, self-service portal, email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
• Prepare employment-related correspondence and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support pre-employment vetting and compliance activities.
• Process employment references in line with GDPR requirements.
• Escalate issues where needed and ensure work is completed within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Contribute to HR projects, maintain HR process documentation, and support continuous improvement.
About You
• Previous administration experience, ideally within HR.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR systems.
