Job description

We are currently partnering with a housing association recruiting for a HR Systems & Data Analyst on a 12 month fixed term, full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with HR systems and data, producing people data reports, and supporting the digital transformation of a People function. Key duties include: • HR system administration, maintenance and upgrades • Power BI dashboard development and automated reporting • Data analysis, validation and quality management • GDPR-compliant data imports/exports • Supporting system projects and resolving issues with suppliers and stakeholders • Providing audit support and maintaining system security Experience required: • HR systems, databases or information management tools • Producing and interpreting people data reports • Data quality checks and system administration • Level 4 or above qualification in Data Analytics • Understanding of GDPR and sensitive data handling Skills required: • Power BI (intermediate level or equivalent experience) • Attention to detail and data integrity • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Desirable: System implementation experience; CIPD Level 3; experience in a regulated sector.
