My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented HRBP - Children Services on a Contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to partner with senior leaders, driving workforce initiatives, organisational change and people strategies that support the delivery of high-quality services for children and families. What's on offer: • Salary: £400 per day *negotiable based on experience *please submit your CV with the rate you require • Hybrid working • Contract type: Contract • Monday - Friday About the role: Based in Greater London (Hybrid): • Act as the strategic HR Business Partner for Children's Services, providing expert advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle • Lead on complex employee relations casework • Support major organisational change programmes including restructures, TUPE transfers, workforce redesign and consultation exercises • Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and toolkits, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice About you: You will have the following experiences: • Extensive experience in a similar role • Strong understanding of the education sector and/or Children's Services workforce issues • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) • Local Authority experience is essential How to apply • Once your CV is received, if you are successful you will be contacted. • Due to the extremely high number of applications, it may not be possible to contact every applicant.
