HSE Specialist

I'm recruiting for an EHS Specialist to join a global engineering business in a busy hands-on role. This is a remote position, but you'll be out on sites across the North 2-3 days per week, working directly with engineers and operational teams to improve safety, support compliance and drive positive change. The standout feature? The boss. You'll report into a European EHS leader who is passionate about developing people, giving them exposure to the bigger picture and creating genuine progression opportunities. This isn't a role where you'll just report into someone. You'll be encouraged to get involved, learn and grow. Ideal backgrounds include: * Field Service Engineering * M&E / Building Services * Manufacturing * Industrial Operations * Multi-site Engineering Environments I'm looking for someone with a practical approach to Health & Safety, strong site presence and the confidence to build relationships at all levels. Package: * Up to £50,000 * Company Car & Fuel Card * 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays * Pension & Life Assurance * Fully remote * Occasional expensed overnight stays Perfect for someone who enjoys being out on site, influencing operations and wants a manager who will actively invest in their development.
