Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant West London September start £107-120 per day Veritas Education is recruiting dedicated and adaptable HumanitiesGraduate Teaching Assistants for secondary schools in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, supporting students' learning, building their confidence, and making a meaningful impact on their educational journey. Roles are full-time, term-time only, and available to start in September 2026. Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities: • Provide academic and pastoral support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). • Proactively support students in reaching their academic potential. • Encourage active engagement with learning, fostering a positive classroom environment. • Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. • Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting student development. What We're Looking For: • Educated to degree level in any Humanities subject • Previous experience supporting students in an educational setting or through mentoring or tutoring. • Engaging and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in education. • A confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with students and staff. • Knowledgeable in supporting students with special educational needs and learning difficulties. • Reliable, proactive, and dedicated to helping students achieve their potential.
