• HVAC Project Manager • HVAC PM HVAC Project Manager required for a highly successful Mechanical Contractor supporting Tier 1 construction clients in London Salary: Flexible depending on experience + Annual bonus based on individual performance Hours: Also flexible - A great benefit with this employer, is that they don't hold you to getting on site at a certain time. As long as your 40 hours are completed, and the projects are tracking, you have the autonomy of flexible hours Required: A minimum of 2 years HVAC Project Management experience is necessary The HVAC Project Manager job role: • As the new HVAC Project Manager you'll be overseeing a portfolio of large scale tier 1 commercial HVAC contracts, from pre-construction to handover • Projects will range in scale from £500K to £5M in value • This will be a field based role mainly going out to sites across London, using the travel card provided by the company • Managing site teams, HVAC subcontractors, suppliers and timelines • Ensuring HVAC compliance with health & safety, quality and documentation • Liaising with clients and stakeholders across all HVAC project phases The new HVAC PM will also enjoy the following benefits: • Genuine opportunities for training & progression ...
