About the Opportunity An established and highly regarded independent financial services firm based in Malmsbury is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their professional and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a part-time role within a supportive environment, where they can play a key role in delivering an excellent service to clients and supporting experienced Financial Advisers. The working pattern is flexible, with the successful candidate able to agree suitable days and hours around their requirements; however, availability to work on a Friday will be essential. The Role Working closely with Financial Advisers and the wider support team, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the full client journey. You will be responsible for ensuring client cases are processed efficiently, records are maintained accurately, and clients receive a professional and timely service. The role would suit an experienced Financial Services Administrator who enjoys working within a client-focused environment and has a strong understanding of the requirements of an IFA or wealth management business. Key Responsibilities • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers • Managing client administration throughout the financial planning process • Preparing client documentation, reports and correspondence • Processing new business applications and tracking cases through to completion • Liaising with pension providers, investment platforms, insurers and other third parties • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems • Preparing meeting packs and adviser support documentation • Supporting ongoing client reviews and servicing requirements • Assisting with compliance-related administration and ensuring FCA processes are followed • Handling client queries professionally and providing excellent levels of service Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience within Financial Services administration is essential • Experience working within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment • Good understanding of pensions, investments, protection and general financial planning processes • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines • Confident communicating with clients, providers and colleagues • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and experience using financial services systems • Professional, reliable and client-focused approach
