Inclusive Support Coordinator

Are you passionate about supporting students with additional learning needs and leading high-performing teams? We are seeking an Inclusive Support Co-ordinator to help deliver outstanding Additional Learning Support (ALS) across the College. In this rewarding role, you will: Lead and support a team of Supervisors, Specialist Mentors and Learning Mentors. Coordinate and deploy ALS resources effectively to meet student needs. Plan, implement, monitor and review individual support plans. Work collaboratively with curriculum teams, support services and external agencies. Drive quality improvements and promote inclusive learning opportunities for all students. We're looking for someone with: Experience supporting learners with disabilities and learning difficulties. Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. Knowledge of Additional Learning Support and inclusive education practices. GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent. For full specification requirements please refer to the job description.
