Indirect Procurement & Sourcing Manager

Quest Search & Selection are currently recruiting for a Indirect Procurement & Sourcing Manager on behalf of a global B2B technology business that combines procurement expertise with innovative SaaS solutions to help organisations optimise their procurement operations, manage indirect spend and solve complex procurement challenges. As part of a growing New York team, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic sourcing solutions, developing supplier relationships, and supporting major US clients. The Role & Responsibilities of this Indirect Procurement & Sourcing Manager role - • Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across a range of indirect spend categories. • Manage competitive sourcing events (RFPs/RFQs), supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations. • Build and develop strong supplier relationships while expanding the regional supplier network. • Support category management initiatives using market intelligence, spend analysis and data-driven insights. • Ensure supplier onboarding, compliance and contractual documentation are completed efficiently. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Customer Success, Legal, Finance and Product teams, to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. To Be Successful in this Indirect Procurement & Sourcing Manager - • 3-5+ years' experience in sourcing and procurement, ideally within indirect procurement. • Experience operating at Procurement Specialist or Procurement Manager level. • Candidates from all industry backgrounds will be considered; however, experience within highly regulated environments such as Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Goods/FMCG, Financial Services or Healthcare would be advantageous. • Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience managing RFx processes. • Proven knowledge of supplier relationship management (SRM) and category management. • Comfortable using procurement technology, data analysis and AI-enabled sourcing tools to support commercial decision-making. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both suppliers and customers. • A proactive, commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
