• Analysing spend to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities
• Managing end-to-end sourcing activity including tendering, negotiation and contract award
• Identifying and delivering supplier consolidation opportunities
• Negotiating commercial terms, SLAs, pricing structures and value-added agreements
• Building and managing supplier performance frameworks
• Driving continuous improvement in procurement processes and governance
About You
The successful Indirect Procurement Specialist will be a commercially focused procurement professional with a strong background in indirect sourcing within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
You will demonstrate:
• Proven experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing or category management
• A track record of delivering measurable cost savings and supplier improvements
• Experience negotiating service-based contracts and commercial agreements
• Strong analytical capability with experience in spend analysis and reporting
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple functions
• A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to operate autonomously
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
