Job description

Eton Clarke is mandated on a role for a leading international bank's EMEA division, operating its own balance sheet within Project Finance / Infrastructure Finance. The team has diversified heavily into junior and mezzanine debt over the last three to four years, now the largest wallet share in the division and central to the group's future strategy. At VP level, you will work across origination, analysis, and execution on infrastructure financing transactions, with a preference for candidates who bring data centre sector exposure alongside broader infrastructure experience. Key Responsibilities & Requirements • Work across origination, structuring, and execution of infrastructure finance transactions, with particular focus on junior and mezzanine debt. • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, clients, and internal stakeholders across the infrastructure finance space. • Support the continued growth of the junior/mezz debt book, increasingly seen as a strategic priority for the wider group. • Data centre sector experience is strongly preferred, though candidates with a strong generalist infrastructure background will also be considered. • Bank background preferred; however, the client is open to strong candidates from adjacent backgrounds, including senior associates or senior AVPs ready to step up to a junior VP level. If you feel you have suitable experience within Infrastructure and Project Finance, please apply into the role to get in touch.
