Inside Sales Executive
Location: Erith (relocating to Dartford by the end of the year)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme

Responsibilities of an Inside Sales Executive:
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing product advice and commercial quotations.
• Process customer quotations and proactively follow them through to conversion.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle a high volume of quotations and enquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across products and services.
• Carry out warm outbound calls to existing and lapsed customers while managing inbound enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records using Salesforce CRM.
Requirements of an Inside Sales Executive:
• Previous experience in an internal sales, account management or sales support role.
• A proven track record of converting quotations into sales.
• Experience managing customer accounts and developing long-term relationships.
• Experience within electrical distribution would be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is desirable).
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A positive, energetic and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
