Part-Time Insolvency Practitioner – Corporate Appointments Manchester | Part-Time Opportunity Flexible Working Available Salary: Competitive + Benefits Imperium Financial Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established and highly respected insolvency firm based in Manchester who are seeking to appoint an experienced Insolvency Practitioner on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed IP seeking a flexible role focused on taking corporate appointments and managing an established caseload within a supportive and professional environment. The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for taking formal corporate insolvency appointments and overseeing a portfolio of cases, ensuring they are managed efficiently, compliantly, and in line with regulatory and professional standards. Key Responsibilities • Taking corporate insolvency appointments including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and other restructuring assignments • Managing and overseeing an active caseload from appointment through to closure • Providing technical guidance and support to case administrators and junior staff • Maintaining strong relationships with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders • Reviewing case progression and ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements • Supporting the firm with technical and strategic input where required • Assisting with business development activity where appropriate Candidate Requirements • Licensed Insolvency Practitioner • Proven experience managing corporate insolvency appointments • Strong technical knowledge across corporate insolvency procedures • Excellent organisational and case management skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work independently and effectively within a wider team What’s On Offer • Flexible part-time working arrangements • Competitive salary and benefits package • Supportive and collaborative working environment • Established case pipeline and strong administrative support • Opportunity to maintain a high-quality caseload with flexibility
