Corporate Insolvency Practitioner – Part-Time (2 Days Per Week) Manchester-Based Firm | Hybrid or Fully Remote Options Available Imperium Financial Recruitment are working with a well-established and highly regarded firm of Insolvency Specialists based in Manchester who are seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Practitioner to join their team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Insolvency Practitioner looking to supplement their existing caseload, work alongside an experienced appointment-taking IP, and support the continued growth of a successful and busy practice. The RoleYou will work closely with the existing Insolvency Practitioner, taking formal appointments and overseeing a varied corporate insolvency portfolio. The position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities • Taking corporate insolvency appointments including Administrations, CVLs, and MVLs • Managing and overseeing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure • Providing technical and strategic input on complex cases • Maintaining strong relationships with introducers, solicitors, lenders, and key stakeholders • Supporting and mentoring junior staff where appropriate • Ensuring all cases comply with regulatory and statutory requirements Candidate Requirements • Licensed UK Insolvency Practitioner • Proven experience managing corporate insolvency caseloads • Strong technical knowledge and compliance awareness • Ability to work independently while collaborating with an established team • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong commercial awareness and professional credibility What’s On Offer • Part-time opportunity (2 days per week) • Hybrid or fully remote working options • Opportunity to take appointments alongside an established IP • Flexible role ideal for practitioners looking to complement an existing caseload • Supportive and reputable Manchester-based practice
