This is an ideal opportunity for someone already providing technical support to installers, helping with product selection, installation queries, commissioning and fault finding. The RoleWorking as part of a friendly technical team, you'll become the go-to expert for a wide range of products, providing practical advice and solutions that keep customer projects moving. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting installers with technical and installation queries • Assisting with commissioning and product configuration • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults • Advising on replacement parts and compatible products About YouYou'll already be working in a similar office-based technical support role and have experience supporting products such as: • Gate automation • Access control • Automatic doors • Roller shutters • Barriers and entrance systems • Similar electro-mechanical products You'll be confident speaking to engineers, understanding installation challenges and providing practical technical solutions.
