Job description

The Role: Our client is looking for an experienced Healthcare Insurance Adviser with a background in consumer/individual policies to join their team on a hybrid basis The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage their workload effectively, while demonstrating strong attention to detail within an FCA-regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and industry-leading team focused on delivering an exceptional client experience. The role will involve working with an existing database of individual clients, so experience and knowledge across a broad range of consumer PMI products is essential. Key responsibilities will include: • Managing client retention and growing an existing book of business • Providing expert advice across a range of healthcare insurance products • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers • Converting quotations into sales and confidently overcoming objections • Delivering a consistently high level of customer service • Completing initial and ongoing product training Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience advising on consumer PMI products for individual clients • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent • Strong customer service and communication skills • Good IT proficiency, including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
