As an Interim Finance Business Partner in Cardiff, you'll play a key role in supporting financial operations within this large organisation. This interim role involves providing insightful financial advice and analysis to help drive informed decision-making. Client Details A Not for Profit organisation based in Cardiff. Description • Lead a team of 3 qualified management accountants • Responsible for managing the budgets for 3 high profile areas • Provide financial advice and support to stakeholders across the organisation. • Prepare and analyse financial reports to aid decision-making processes. • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. • In month analysis of performance v KPI's and meet with stakeholders to discuss. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies. • Identify and address financial risks and opportunities. • Collaborate with teams to improve financial performance and efficiency. • Support the preparation of business cases and financial models. • Deliver accurate and timely financial information to senior management. Profile A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have: • Qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. • Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • The ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment. Job Offer • A daily rate of £350 to £450, dependent on the level of experience. • Hybrid working arrangements for flexibility. • Temporary contract within the Not for Profit sector in Cardiff.
