They are looking for some interim support at the Finance Manager level and can offer an immediate start for the successful candidate. Description • Prepare and oversee accurate financial reporting and statements. • Oversee the transactional finance operations of the business. • Provide financial analysis to support business decision-making. • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes. • Monitor cash flow and financial performance. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met. • Support the preparation of audit requirements and liaise with auditors. • Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function. Profile A successful Interim Finance Manager should have: • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. • Strong technical accounting skills with experience in financial reporting. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in financial systems and software. • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
