Interim Group Financial Accountant Hybrid: London/Crawley Salary: £60K-£70K We are looking for an experienced Interim Group Financial Accountant to join a Group Finance team during an exciting period of transformation. This is a hands-on role that combines technical financial reporting with the opportunity to improve the way Group Finance operates. Alongside delivering high-quality monthly and statutory reporting, you'll play a key role in streamlining processes, driving efficiencies and helping shape the future finance operating model. Key Responsibilities • Lead the monthly group consolidation process. • Prepare accurate and timely Group management reporting. • Coordinate the consolidation of budgets and forecasts across the Group. • Support the preparation of half-year and year-end statutory reporting under IFRS. • Act as a key contact during the external audit process. • Ensure robust financial controls and reporting standards are maintained. • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve reporting processes. • Support finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation and standardisation. • Work with internal stakeholders and offshore support teams to transition suitable activities and improve the efficiency of the Group Finance function. • Document and embed improved reporting processes and controls. Skills/ Experience required: • Qualified Accountant /Qualified by experience • Experience in Group consolidation • Experience using Cognos
