Interim Group Reporting Manager

Your new company Hays Senior Finance are working with a leading not-for-profit organisation in Lincoln to recruit an interim group reporting role for a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. Your new role Reporting to the Finance Director, you will manage a small team responsible for statutory accounting, financial reporting, group consolidations, and external audit management for a combined group of c£200m T/0. This technical role will see you responsible for UK GAAP, FRS102, corporate tax and VAT, management accounts, some business partnering, budgets, forecasts and regulatory submissions, balance sheet, cash flow forecasting and consolidated reporting. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong technical accounting expertise, significant experience in statutory reporting and audit management, and a proven ability to drive process improvement, develop teams, and build strong stakeholder relationships in a complex, fast-paced environment. Not-for-profit/charity experience would be highly beneficial. You will be living within a commutable distance of Lincoln as the role is hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office).
