Job description

As an Interim HR Advisor in the not-for-profit sector, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the smooth running of employee relations and HR processes. Based in London, this temporary role requires someone who can step in and provide immediate, effective support to the HR team. Client Details A well-established not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its People team on an interim basis. Description • Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees • Support employee relations matters including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance processes • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data • Produce HR reports and support workforce analytics • Assist with HR projects, engagement initiatives and learning & development activities Profile A successful Interim HR Advisor should have: • Previous experience in an HR advisory role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector. • A solid understanding of HR policies, procedures and employment law. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
