Your Company: NET Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and growing organisation who are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This hybrid opportunity is based in Dorset, with an expectation of working in the office 2–3 days per week. The successful candidate will play a key role within the People & Culture function, partnering with business leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives while supporting the full employee lifecycle. Your Roles and Responsibilities: While in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to: • Partnering with senior leaders and line managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with wider business objectives • Providing expert advice and guidance across all areas of employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management and workplace investigations • Supporting organisational design, workforce planning and talent management initiatives to meet evolving business needs • Collaborating with recruitment colleagues to identify hiring requirements, support recruitment activity and ensure an exceptional candidate experience • Managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and probation through to development and retention initiatives • Supporting managers with performance management processes, coaching and development planning • Reviewing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current employment legislation and best practice • Producing and analysing HR metrics and reports to identify trends, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement • Coordinating learning and development activities while working with external training providers where required • Supporting employee engagement and culture initiatives across both UK and international teams • Contributing to wider People & Culture projects and providing general HR support across the business What You Will Need to Apply: The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working within an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar generalist HR position, with the confidence to support managers across a broad range of operational and strategic HR matters. Applicants should hold a CIPD qualification, or an equivalent professional HR qualification, alongside a strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice. Experience partnering with managers across multiple business functions and influencing stakeholders at all levels will be essential. Candidates should possess excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities will be equally important, with the confidence to provide clear, pragmatic advice while handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. Experience supporting recruitment, talent development, employee engagement and organisational change initiatives would be highly advantageous, as would previous exposure to HR reporting and analytics. The successful individual will be proactive, commercially aware and people-focused, with a collaborative approach and a genuine passion for creating positive employee experiences.
