3-Month Contract | Immediate Start | Urgent Requirement – Immediate Interviews Available We are working exclusively on behalf of a market-leading organisation who are seeking an experienced Interim Legal Operations / Contract Project Manager to join the team on an initial 3-month contract. This is a business-critical appointment, and our client is looking to secure the right individual quickly. If you are highly organised, commercially minded, and capable of hitting the ground running, we would be keen to hear from you. The Opportunity You will play a pivotal role working across legal, commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure key project milestones are delivered within demanding timelines. The position will focus heavily on contract review, stakeholder management, process coordination and project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in legal operations, contract management, legal project management, paralegal management or contract remediation projects who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering tangible outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Reviewing and categorising customer and supplier contracts. • Managing contract trackers, reporting tools and project documentation. • Coordinating consent, novation and assignment processes. • Working closely with legal, commercial and operational stakeholders. • Managing communications with internal and external parties. • Supporting contract remediation and restructuring workstreams. • Monitoring project progress and ensuring delivery against key deadlines. • Escalating complex legal issues to legal counsel where appropriate. • Supporting process improvement initiatives and workflow optimisation. • Maintaining accurate contract records and data management systems. What We're Looking For • Proven experience in project management, legal operations, contract management or a similar role. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Confident working independently with minimal supervision. • Comfortable navigating systems, trackers and workflow management tools. • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work under pressure. • Experience supporting contract reviews, novation exercises, restructurings or remediation projects would be highly advantageous. • Experience within legal, infrastructure, utilities, technology or commercial environments would be beneficial.
