Reed HR are working alongside a large Educational Establishment based in South East London who are recruiting for an experienced People Operations Advisor for initially 6 months.
This role is hybrid so flexibility is offered.
Job Summary
The People Operations Adviser is responsible for:
• Acting as multi-functional advisor providing generalist support across a range of people specialisms.
• Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees where self-service is either unavailable or where the query cannot be resolved through the self-service channels.
• Supporting the delivery of people strategies in line with the People Enabling strategy by executing frameworks and processing HR administration activities.
• Query resolution ensures SLAs are met and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.
• People administration responding to changes in demands and recognising where escalation is required.
Key Accountabilities
Team Specific:
• Serve as first point of contact for general HR customer queries received via various channels such as phone and chat.
• Support with query resolution, researching solutions as required and escalate complex inquiries to appropriate parties as needed, e.g., ER Specialist
• Liaise with the relevant Centres of Expertise (CoEs) to understand HR strategies and relevant frameworks for execution to ensure effective implementation.
• Undertake HR administration tasks, leveraging the tools, templates and HR systems available to ensure delivery is timely and consistent
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery with the aim of enhancing employee experience and customer satisfaction; strive to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
• Work with HR Specialists to develop specialist HR knowledge in order to respond to related queries more effectively
• Foster strong collaboration with HR Specialists, CoEs and Senior People Business Partners to deliver comprehensive solutions and seamless HR service delivery, keeping up-to-date with any policy and framework changes and ensuring legal compliance
