Interim Training Content and Systems Trainer Immediate startLondon Hybrid 3 days per week in office 3 months duration C250-300 per day via umbrella An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Training Content & Systems Trainer to join a high-profile transformation programme.This role sits at the heart of a major system implementation, where you'll be responsible for creating engaging learning content, delivering impactful virtual training, and supporting employees through a significant period of change.If you're passionate about learning and development, digital content creation, and helping people embrace new technology, this could be the perfect contract opportunity. What You'll Be Doing • Developing engaging learning materials, including video tutorials, quick-reference guides and digital learning modules. • Producing clear user documentation and process guides to support system adoption. • Maintaining and updating training needs assessments to ensure learning activity remains aligned to business requirements. • Delivering engaging virtual training sessions to end users across multiple locations. • Running user support clinics and drop-in sessions to answer questions and reinforce learning. • Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to identify learning needs and enhance the user experience. • Supporting the successful rollout and adoption of a new enterprise-wide technology platform. What You'll Bring • Experience delivering training on large-scale technology or business transformation programmes. • Strong content creation and instructional design skills. • Experience developing video-based learning and user documentation. • Excellent facilitation and virtual training delivery skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. • Ability to simplify complex processes into clear and engaging learning solutions. • Experience supporting system adoption and change management initiatives.
