We're looking for an Internal Communications Manager who is ready to take ownership of an organisation's internal communications function. This isn't a role where you'll be managing a team. Instead, you'll be trusted to lead the internal communications agenda, working independently while being part of a wider communications and marketing function.

Description
• Leading day-to-day internal communications activity
• Creating engaging content across a range of channels
• Managing and developing internal communication platforms
• Supporting engagement, culture and change initiatives
• Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation
• Using feedback and insight to continually improve communications
• Ownership of the strategy
Profile
You'll be a confident communicator with strong writing skills and a hands-on approach.
We're particularly interested in people who:
• Have experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications
• Enjoy creating and delivering communications themselves
• Are comfortable working independently and managing priorities
• Have worked in lean teams or standalone roles where they've had to make things happen
• Are looking for ownership and accountability, rather than people management
• Come with high energy and enthusiasm that will be felt across the team
Job Offer
• Salary between £50,000 and £55,000 dependent on the level of experience.
• Hybrid working arrangement with two days on-site in Merseyside
