Internal Recruiter Location: Bloomsbury (Hybrid minimum 3 days a week) Salary: £250 - £300 per day Job Type: 2 Month Contract About Us Noble Recruiting are seeking a forward-thinking Internal Recruiter committed to delivering an exceptional experience. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Internal Recruiter to join our recruitment team and help attract outstanding talent across academic and professional services departments. The Role As an Internal Recruiter, you will take ownership of the high-volume end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and recruit high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Write engaging job adverts and advertise vacancies across relevant platforms. • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, and networking opportunities. • Screen applications, conduct telephone interviews, and coordinate interview processes. • Advise managers on recruitment best practice, employment legislation, and safer recruitment principles. • Ensure compliance with university recruitment policies and equality, diversity, and inclusion standards. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future recruitment needs. • Produce recruitment reports and monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. • Support employer branding initiatives, careers fairs, and recruitment events. • Manage compliance processes including Right To Work and Reference checks About You The successful candidate will have: • Proven experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role. • Strong experience managing high volume vacancies across a variety of disciplines. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail. • Good knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practice. • Experience recruiting within higher education or the public sector is desirable but not essential.
