Intervention Teacher (KS2) Southall, Ealing Full-Time | September 2026 Start | Autumn Term Initially Inner London Pay Scale: M1-M6 A 2-form entry primary school in Southall is seeking an experienced and motivated Intervention Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This full-time position will initially run for the Autumn Term, with the teacher working across Key Stage 2, primarily supporting pupils in Year 6 through targeted intervention programmes designed to accelerate progress and prepare pupils for SATs. The school is looking for a qualified teacher with strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, assessment requirements, and effective intervention strategies. Training and support will be provided to ensure the successful candidate is fully equipped for the role. Requirements • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) • Experience teaching within KS2 • Strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs expectations • Experience delivering interventions or targeted support programmes • Strong assessment and data analysis skills • Ability to motivate and engage pupils of varying abilities • Good communication and organisational skills The school would particularly welcome applications from teachers with experience in upper KS2, Year 6, English, mathematics, or intervention teaching.
