Job description

Responsibilities • Support senior team on multi-jurisdiction healthcare transactions from evaluation to close • Build and maintain financial models and feasibility studies for greenfield hospital projects • Prepare investment materials, assist with term sheets and shareholder agreement processes • Coordinate due diligence across legal, commercial and regulatory workstreams • Liaise with law firms, advisors and local equity partners to progress documentation • Maintain disciplined project management, tracking actions, timelines and dependencies • Contribute to capital raising with detailed analysis, data rooms and investor materials • Prepare board and partner materials; manage regular reporting deliverables • Travel for extended periods in-country to support negotiations and implementation • Work with operations on business plans, performance tracking and target setting Requirements • 4–7 years in investment banking or 4–5 years at a top-tier strategy consultancy • Healthcare exposure strongly preferred (provider/hospital, pharma or healthcare coverage) • Advanced financial modelling, valuation and feasibility analysis skills • Experience of complex, multi-party and cross-border transactions • Familiarity with legal documentation and shareholder agreements • Willing and able to relocate to Dubai; extensive travel across emerging markets • Comfortable operating in a lean team without large support infrastructure • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings • Cultural adaptability and resilience; builds relationships across diverse stakeholders
