This position sits within a dedicated Renewals Team and offers the chance to work across both Patent and Trade Mark portfolios. Whether you already have experience in IP renewals or are looking to build a career within Intellectual Property from a legal or professional services administration background, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. The RoleWorking as part of the Records & Formalities function, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to Patent and Trade Mark professionals. Your duties will include: • Processing Patent and Trade Mark renewals. • Maintaining accurate records and case management data. • Preparing and submitting forms and documentation. • Arranging payment of official renewal fees. • Producing reports and assisting with client invoicing. • Liaising with clients, overseas associates and internal colleagues. • Ensuring critical deadlines are met accurately and efficiently. You may already have experience within IP renewals, records or formalities, or you may have gained administrative experience within a legal or professional services environment and be looking to specialise in Intellectual Property. Full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and transferable skills.
