Isolation Manager North West London | Secondary School | September 2026 Start Do you have experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour and creating a calm, structured learning environment? Apex Educ8 is recruiting an experienced Isolation Manager on behalf of a welcoming secondary school in North West London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in behaviour, pastoral or inclusion to make a real impact on students' progress and wellbeing. The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing the school's Isolation Provision, supporting students to reflect on their behaviour, remain engaged with learning and successfully reintegrate into lessons. Responsibilities • Manage the day-to-day running of the Isolation Provision. • Support students displaying challenging behaviour. • Deliver restorative conversations and behaviour interventions. • Maintain a calm and structured learning environment. • Work closely with SLT, Heads of Year and pastoral teams. • Keep accurate behaviour records and intervention logs. • Promote safeguarding and positive behaviour throughout the school. About YouWe're looking for someone with experience as a: • Isolation Manager • Behaviour Mentor or Behaviour Manager • Pastoral Support or Inclusion Officer • Reflection Room Manager • HLTA with behaviour experience You will have: • Previous secondary school experience. • Excellent behaviour management and de-escalation skills. • Experience supporting students with SEMH or additional behavioural needs. • Strong communication and organisational skills. • A calm, resilient and professional approach. Experience within an Isolation Unit, SEMH setting or CAMHS environment would be highly advantageous.
