We're partnering with a boutique executive search firm to recruit an IT Manager who will take full ownership of its internal technology environment. Supporting around 70 users, you'll work closely with the CTO to deliver an exceptional IT service while leading technology improvements across the business. This is a varied, hands-on position with plenty of autonomy. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day IT environment while helping shape the firm's long-term technology roadmap, with the freedom to introduce new tools, improve processes and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI. What you'll be doing • Owning the day-to-day IT function for around 70 users, providing high-quality support across the business • Managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot and endpoint management • Building and deploying devices, managing joiners, movers and leavers, and maintaining workplace technology • Administering security platforms including CrowdStrike, Mimecast and Egress • Managing relationships with MSPs, telecoms providers and software vendors, ensuring high service standards • Leading IT improvement projects, software rollouts and technology upgrades • Reviewing contracts, licences and renewals to maximise value and control costs • Working closely with the CTO to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement What's in it for you? • The opportunity to own and shape the internal IT function • Direct exposure to the CTO and involvement in technology strategy • The freedom to introduce new technologies and improve existing systems • A broad role spanning infrastructure, support, projects, security and supplier management • A collaborative, high-performing environment where your ideas will have real impact • Hybrid working from modern offices in the heart of Covent Garden What we're looking forYou'll be an experienced IT professional with broad Microsoft infrastructure experience and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding IT service.
