The Skills You'll Need: PMO, corporate banking, capital markets, Your New Salary: £50K-60K Location: London, The City Permanent/ Full-time Hybrid (3-4 days onsite) Start: ASAP IT PMO / Business Analyst – Banking Transformation Projects - What You'll be Doing: We are seeking IT Business Consultants to partner with client in Corporate Banking and Capital Markets and drive significant business and technology transformation in a global environment. • Deliver PMO, Business Analyst, Product Management services • Lead IT BPR initiatives across lending, capital markets, transaction banking, trade finance, settlement, core banking • Build trusted client relationships and identify value-creation opportunities • Collaborate with partner teams to ensure high-quality execution • Operate autonomously with proactive communication IT PMO / Business Analyst – Banking Transformation Projects - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed: • Previous consulting or project delivery experience • Knowledge, insight, and hands-on experience in corporate banking or capital markets projects • Experience in IT or operational transformation • Strong documentation and communication skills • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, other tools • Awareness of cloud, AI, and cybersecurity trends • End-to-end project lifecycle experience • Requirements definition, UAT planning, stakeholder engagement • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO) Please follow us on Linkedin: company/people-first-team-japan We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
