Key responsibilities include:

• Managing delivery across multiple locations while balancing central standards with local operational requirements.
• Leading governance forums and providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Identifying, managing, and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Overseeing system integration activities, testing, data readiness, deployment, and cutover planning.
• Supporting change management, user adoption, training, and operational readiness activities.
• Building strong relationships across operational, technical, and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes.
About You
You will have a proven track record delivering complex technology and business transformation projects within large, operationally focused environments.
Key requirements include:
• Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programmes.
• Background implementing workforce management, scheduling, rostering, planning, or optimisation systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership teams.
• Experience working across multiple sites, business units, or geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent project governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to translate business and operational requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Experience delivering large-scale operational change initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Desirable Experience
• Implementation experience of HASTUS or a similar workforce planning and scheduling platform.
• Experience within complex operational, logistics, resource-planning, or service-led environments.
• Exposure to federated or decentralised operating models.
If you are an experienced Project Manager with a background in workforce management systems and complex transformation delivery, we'd be keen to hear from you.
