IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst £38'000 plus bonus Watford Hybrid working!! We are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to join a busy company based in Watford. This role would require some travel to other sites so a driving licence and car would be great, however not essential. We need somebody with a few years previous IT support experience in a corporate setting. You will need previous knowledge of working on Microsoft 365, windows and mac and also endpoint management software and user directories. Spanish language skill would also be a huge benefit, but again not essential. We need somebody with excellent communication skills, highly organised and somebody able to manage a busy workload. Duties include: • Provide IT support to colleagues across: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Laptops, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technology • Manage and progress tickets • Troubleshoot issues • Escalate more complex issues • Support connectivity issues including Wi-Fi and local network troubleshooting Benefits include: • Hybrid working • Bonus • Progression opportunities • Parking
