FRENCH SELECTION (FS) Italian-Speaking Group Series Coordinator Location: Edinburgh Hybrid work after probation Salary: between £28,000 and £33,000 per annum depending on experience Ref: 5532I To apply using our preferred format, please visit French Selection website, go to the vacancies page, search job reference: 5532I The company: A well-established tour operator who pride themselves in being specialist in creating tailor made tours in Great Britain and Ireland Main duties: Manage and coordinate Italian group travel programmes from confirmation through to completion, ensuring all services, suppliers and client requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently. The role: - Creating and preparing itineraries, quotations and costings for group tours. - Managing group bookings from confirmation through to completion - Handling all group booking administration, including amendments, cancellations, rooming lists and travel documentation - Ensuring tours run smoothly by coordinating with clients and processing requests accurately and on time - Negotiating rates and terms with suppliers while maintaining quality and budget - Processing invoices and supporting payment administration - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers. The candidate: - Fluent in Italian essential - Previous experience in travel, tour operations or a DMC would be preferred - Good knowledge of Scotland and the UK as a travel destination - Excellent communication and organisation skills - Proactive, dynamic and ability to multi task - Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives French Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
