Jaguar Land Rover Northampton is looking to recruit a highly motivated Workshop Controller to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with the Jaguar Land Rover brand following our recent move to our new arch site in Swan Valley. About you Experience in this role is essential. The ability to demonstrate knowledge of a workshop environment and running a team of technicians. You will need to be skilled in all aspects of running a high volume prestige workshop. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to ensure repairs are 'Fixed First Visit' in an environment that demands quality workmanship and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You must possess excellent communication skills and a passion with enthusiasm to work with this prestigious brand. Why Sytner?
