Job Title: JoinerLocation: Durham Pay Rate: £23.00 per hour (Umbrella) Duration: 8 weeks About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Joiner to assist on a refurbishment project over a 8-week period. Duties Include: • Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix joinery work. • Fitting doors, skirtings, architraves, and ironmongery. • Assisting with general timber framing and snagging tasks. • Working efficiently to ensure high-quality finishes while maintaining a safe work environment. Requirements: • Valid CSCS card (Blue/Gold preferred). • Own tools and full PPE (boots, hi-vis, hard hat). • Proven experience as a Joiner on construction or refurbishment projects. • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
