Junior Account Manager

Title: Junior Account Manager Location: Outskirts of Cambridge Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 Hours: Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm An excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is confident, personable, and eager to develop a long-term career within a growing and dynamic business based on the outskirts of Cambridge. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing support to the wider sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in the office. Typical duties will include: • Delivering high-quality customer service and developing long-term client relationships • Keeping customers updated on current offers, promotions, and company updates • Proactively engaging with clients to maximise sales opportunities • Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner • Managing customer expectations in a professional and efficient way • Identifying customer requirements and offering appropriate solutions • Processing orders and handling customer payments • Maintaining and updating customer information on internal systems The successful candidate will have: • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail • Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels • The ability to build and maintain strong working relationships • Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset • A hardworking and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn • A positive, friendly attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy team environment If this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for please apply via the advert or contact Megan at Eclectic Recruitment.
