Junior Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Consultant

About the Role We're looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in the heart of Billericay High Street. No recruitment experience is necessary — we're looking for enthusiastic, hard-working people with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Full training will be provided, with a clear path to build your own client and candidate portfolio as you develop. Key Responsibilities • Support the recruitment process from first contact through to placement • Source, screen and shortlist candidates for live vacancies • Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms • Help match candidates to suitable permanent and contract opportunities • Arrange and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates • Build relationships with candidates and clients under guidance from senior consultants • Make outbound calls to generate new leads and opportunities • Keep candidate and client records up to date on the CRM • Work towards individual and team targets • Learn about the Accountancy & Finance sector and build market knowledge About You • No recruitment experience required — full training given • Some experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or a target-driven environment is desirable but not essential • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • A confident, professional telephone manner • Strong organisational and time management skills • Eager to learn, with a positive attitude and genuine ambition • Resilient, with the drive to work hard and hit targets • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office What We Offer • Competitive starting salary • Uncapped commission structure • Full training and ongoing professional development • Clear career progression opportunities • Supportive, collaborative team environment with hands-on mentoring • Modern office on Billericay High Street • Company incentives and team social events • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Pension scheme
