Junior Broker - Spanish Speaking London | Full-Time Are you fluent in Spanish and looking to build a long-term career within the Insurance and Lloyd's Market? We are working with an exciting opportunity for a Junior Broker to join a growing and highly regarded team in London. This role is ideal for someone looking to break into insurance or take their first step into a broking environment, gaining exposure across the full placement lifecycle while learning directly from experienced and successful brokers. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop technical and market knowledge within one of the most respected sectors in the market. What you'll be doing: * Supporting experienced brokers with the placement of business into the Lloyd's and wider London Market * Assisting with slip production, market submissions, and policy documentation * Working closely with clients and underwriters throughout the placement process * Supporting claims handling and monitoring claims progress * Managing broker administration and ensuring accurate record keeping * Attending market meetings and developing relationships with key stakeholders * Gaining exposure to renewals, new business opportunities, and end-to-end broking processes What we're looking for: * Fluent Spanish is essential (written and spoken) * Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships * Interest in insurance, financial services, or the London Market * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Motivated individual eager to learn and develop a broking career * Previous insurance experience is advantageous but not essential What's on offer: * Opportunity to learn from experienced brokers within the market * Exposure across slips, claims, placement, and client servicing * Clear progression path into a producing or client-facing broker role * Strong training and development support * Long-term career growth within a growing business If you are fluent in Spanish and looking for an opportunity to establish yourself within the Insurance Market, I'd be keen to speak with you.
