Junior Buyer Permanent Competitive Salay (DOE) Monday to Thursday 07:30 – 16:30, Friday 07:30 – 12:30 Alcester Junior Buyer Job Description • Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders • Support Buyers with supplier communication and administration • Monitor stock levels and supplier deliveries • Update supplier pricing, lead times and purchasing information on the ERP system • Assist with supplier performance monitoring • Liaise with internal departments to support production requirements • Analyse purchasing data and support continuous improvement projects Junior Buyer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications • Some purchasing, procurement or supply chain experience, or a degree with an interest in Purchasing • Genuine desire to build a long-term career in Buying or Procurement • Confident using Microsoft Office Junior Buyer Benefits • 31 days annual leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays), increasing with service • Annual bonus scheme • Company pension with 4% employer contribution • Free onsite parking • High street & gym discount schemes If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply’, email or call
