JUNIOR CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL MANCHESTER OFFICE BASED £24-26K PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our conveyancing department by assisting with various administrative tasks related to property transactions. This role is essential in ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, providing excellent service to clients throughout their property journey. Duties • Assist conveyancers in preparing and processing legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts and transfer deeds. • Conduct property searches and gather relevant information from local authorities and other sources. • Maintain accurate records of client files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements. • Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information. • Organise appointments, meetings, and deadlines for the conveyancing team, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding matters. • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, responding promptly or directing inquiries as appropriate. • Assist in the preparation of completion statements and liaise with financial institutions regarding mortgage arrangements. Requirements • Any experience in conveyancing would be beneficial and a candidate that is used to dealing directly with clients. Training will be provided for the right candidate. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. • Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with legal standards. • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with case management systems is advantageous. • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn about the conveyancing process.
