Junior HR Advisor Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid working after probation) Salary: £32,000 per annum + Excellent Career Development SF Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a highly successful and growing organisation to recruit a Junior HR Advisor. This is far more than a traditional HR Advisor role. Working alongside an experienced and supportive Head of HR, you'll gain exposure to the full HR remit, take ownership of key projects, and play an integral role in shaping the future of the HR function. The Role As Junior HR Advisor, you'll support the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive continuous improvement across the HR function. Responsibilities include: - Managing day-to-day HR administration and employee records - Maintaining and developing the HRIS system - Producing HR reports, KPIs and management information - Supporting managers with day-to-day HR queries - Assisting with low-level employee relations cases, including absence management and long-term sickness - Reviewing and improving HR processes, policies and procedures - Updating job descriptions and HR documentation - Supporting recruitment, onboarding and wider HR initiatives This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll gain invaluable exposure across all aspects of operational HR.
