Job description

Junior IFA Administrator Sheffield £25,000 NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing and professional financial services firm who are looking to recruit a Client Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office or administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong client relationships. The role offers excellent long-term progression and study support within the financial services sector. Working closely with Advisers and the wider team, you will support the business across administration, client servicing and report preparation, while helping to ensure clients receive a professional and efficient service at all times. Key Responsibilities • Preparing templated reports and supporting the wider advice process • Managing and updating client files and records accurately • Liaising with third-party providers and processing paperwork in a timely manner • Handling inbound and outbound client communication professionally • Supporting advisers and consultants with administrative tasks • Preparing documents, scanning, filing and handling post • Answering telephone calls and responding to emails • Making outbound calls to existing clients and new leads About You • Previous office or administration experience essential • Strong organisational and multitasking skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Confident communication and telephone manner • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel • Professional and proactive attitude • Ability to work effectively within a team environment What’s on Offer • Salary up to £25,000 depending on experience • Study support and progression opportunities • Company pension scheme • Onsite parking • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays • Full-time office-based role (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) • Supportive and professional working environment This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within financial services and join a business that values development and progression.
