Junior Protection Broker

Junior Protection Broker – (Life Insurance / CIC / ASU) We’re looking for a driven Protection Broker with 12 - 24 months experience who knows their way around Life Insurance, CIC and ASU, interested in joining a dynamic and fast paced financial services brokerage in the City of London. This is more than a standard protection role. You’ll have the opportunity to advise clients across both personal and commercial needs, helping individuals and business owners protect what matters most. Responsibilities: • Advising on Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection • Building long-term client relationships and identifying protection gaps • Working closely with advisers and business owners on holistic planning Delivering tailored solutions for business clients, including: • Key Person Insurance • Shareholder/Partnership Protection • Business Loan Protection • Relevant Life Cover • Executive Income Protection Experience required: • Proven track record in protection insurance sales a must (ideally someone with 12 - 24 months experience that is looking to progress their career) • Strong knowledge of personal protection products (Life, CIC, Income Protection/ASU) • Understanding of business protection solutions beneficial (Key Person, Shareholder Protection, Business Loan Protection etc) • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities • Confident communicator who builds trust quickly • Motivated, driven and a team player £30 – 40k Basic (Dependent on experience) plus uncapped monthly commission - genuine six figure OTE
