£100000 GBP +Sign on +EOY Bonus Onsite WORKING Location: Central London, Greater London - United Kingdom Type: Permanent Role Description: Support a global discretionary trading team by implementing risk management processes and controls, monitoring market and operational risks, and collaborating with traders and researchers to drive the fund's growth and stability. Key responsibilities: • Monitor and assess risks across discretionary trading strategies. • Partner with traders and researchers to analyze strategy performance and risk exposure. • Ensure strategies operate within approved risk limits and allocations. • Conduct portfolio-level risk and performance analysis. • Support portfolio construction and risk optimization across the discretionary business. • Enhance the firm's risk framework, processes, and infrastructure to support business growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline. • Advanced degree is a plus. • Recent graduate or up to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
