Key Responsibilities for the Key Stage 1 Teacher: • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for Year 1 or Year 2. • Drive progress in early reading, writing, and numeracy within a supportive Ellesmere Port school. • Manage classroom behavior effectively to foster a positive, safe learning atmosphere. • Collaborate with teaching assistants and parents to support children of all abilities. What We Are Looking For: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification. • Proven experience working as a Key Stage 1 teacher with a deep understanding of early childhood development. • A proactive attitude toward professional development and ongoing education and training. • A current Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for a new one).
