Your ResponsibilitiesAs the Year 2 teacher, you will: • Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence. • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. • Support children as they develop core literacy, numeracy, and communication skills. • Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND. • Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively with the Key Stage 1 team. The Ideal Candidate Will Have • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2. • Strong classroom management and organisational skills. • A nurturing and positive teaching style. • High expectations of behaviour, learning, and pupil progress. • A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
