KS2 1:1 Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (SEN Preferred)Potters Bar, Hertfordshire | September 2026 Start | £95-£115 per day Part-Time (half days) or Full-Time | 2-Term Temporary Contract with Potential Permanent Opportunity Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be working with a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in Potters Bar, who are seeking a dedicated KS2 1:1 Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This role is initially offered on a two-term temporary contract, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate. The school is open to both part-time and full-time applicants, offering flexibility to suit the successful candidate. The RoleAs a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a Key Stage 2 pupil, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised support throughout the school day.
